Meet Patricia

REALTOR®
Born and raised in England, where an early interest in mathematics drove her to a career in IT, as a computer programmer, and then systems analyst. She loved working with people and solving problems, and spent 20 successful years in IT sales, solving business problems around the world. She lived and worked in several countries in Europe and South East Asia, where working across cultures instilled excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
 
Pat spent five years as a Director of an American real estate franchise in London and together with her husband undertook property investment projects.
 
Having achieved career success, it was time for a change that would allow more time with her two young sons. The desire to live in a warm climate drew the family to Florida. In 1997 they moved to Sarasota for its casual coastal living, small-town feel with big city amenities, and one of the best school systems in the State. 
 
A licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004, Pat has built a successful real estate business with a focus on international clients. She is also a licensed real estate instructor in Florida and Texas and has served on many committees for her local, State, and National Association of REALTORS®.
 
Over the years Pat has earned many real estate awards, but the one of which she is most proud is having earned, for 13 consecutive years, the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award which illustrates her high professional standards and commitment to outstanding customer service.
 
Pat lives with her husband in Sarasota where she enjoys boating, theater, live music, wine, and fine food.
